built-in brower doesnt break in Chinese #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?

When we use built-in rur-ple browser to read pages, Chinese doesn't break
maybe because there is no space between each Chinese character. we have to
scroll to read the whole sentences.

This is a wx.python issue.
1st reported in Jan. 2005

And still present on Jan 2010 in wx.python 2.8.10... Not much we can do about 
it for
now. We'll post another mail on their mailing list.

Reopening this bug as it turns out there is a wxPython patch @
http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/1988 and we're supposed to test it now.
