Evaluate the need of the backoffice role deploymentmanagerrole

Current situation

In the last two project where I worked the deploymentmanagerrole was removed and only admin was used to run the deployment scripts.

Future situation

Only create the deploymentmanagerrole if it adds value to the project

Task

• Evaluate what if the use of deploymentmanagerrole is worth
• Remove from the sourcode the role if it is unnecessary

Because I have never seen a project where the backoffice role was used, I removed it from the deployment manager and updated the documentation.
