Set up as installable binary

Setting this up to be used as a command I can access anywhere via ironpress would be useful for CLI stuff like texture pipelines

Looking into the CLAP crate for this.

• ability to spit out a default config for working off of
• dry-run flag that reads a config but doesn't act on it?
