add count-empty-rows arg #24

  1. fixed bug when only 65k rows are processed in .xlsx file created by open office etc.

  2. added --count-empty-rows to calculate or not empty rows inside the operation area

Thank you @Wampirusy I added new tag 0.5.11 for this fix - in few minutes Composer will collect new version and you will be able to update your project
