Is there any plans to make a Bootstrap 5 version ?

That depends on the AdminLte.. but yes, they are already working on a version with bootstrap5 https://github.com/ColorlibHQ/AdminLTE/tree/v4-dev

Not quite. It's in alpha2

It exists but still has a while until it's a stable release.
