I wanna to add a Chinese version #21

I'm sorry for that not finishing the translation, but I'll continue. I'd like to point some errors about spelling, you can correct them and have not to accept this PR. And after translating all of it then you can consider this PR.

Wow! I think it is a very good idea to provide translations to other languages. Do you want me to merge this already so others could help with translations?

Also, please add a note about authorship of translation, for instance:

Translated to Chinese by Hunter-liu (@lq920320).
