Help & Tooltips

Dear Prof. Rohl,

I included a system of tooltips for vasp calculation gui.

The use is quite straightforward, just hover the mouse on a field and help will show-up after a while: The help first line gives the keyword, its reference in the VASP official documentation, and default value.

I also update the gdis help to include uspex output reading: with some modification in the plotting and vasp paragraphs.

I will merge this later but if there is a problem with Tooltips help (some system really don't like them), please tell me and I will make it so that it can be easily de-activated.

not exactly sure what you mean - I like tooltips but do you mean they might not work on the mac so I should check it out?

Sorry I was a little over-cautious... I had trouble with tooltips before. This time on one of my system (fedora 25 with "dark theme") they didn’t displayed properly. But it was all fixed this morning after I upgrade system overnight (still no clue what happened).

Anyway, on your mac there should really be no problem so I’m going to merge this now.
