WG build 2101 breaks WGEF utterly #162

In Dev build 2101 of Worldguard, not a single WorldguardExtraFlag works properly anymore. All previous versions operate fine.

I'm still not able to upgrade to a new worldguard build using WorldguardExtraFlags. I'm hoping for a fix.

It works on git-Paper-327 (MC: 1.17.1) + WorldGuard version 7.0.7-SNAPSHOT+2156-9b66513 #closed
