Updates for compatibility with the latest annotator and jQuery 1.9 #3

Hi Aron,

I updated this plugin to work with the latest version of the annototator (and jQuery 1.9.1). All your tests pass and the demo seems to work. Let me know if I missed anything.

Yeah, I'm sure more updates are needed to optimize it, but these seemed to be the minimum to get it working again.  — Will Youmans
