Summary

Rebar3 is the officially-endorsed build tool now. Being able to build & test this app using rebar3 should enable more people to incorporate Concuerror to their project, even one day write a rebar3 plugin to run Concuerror very easily!

Hi @fenollp ! I was (surprisingly) not watching my own fork, so I totally missed this PR. Apologies for the long delay. Expect feedback soon!

No worries! I just rebased.

The most notable change I think is moving the binary outside from /bin/ into /. If you'd rather have it in /bin/ I'll look for a way for rebar3 to ensure that dir exists, or touch bin/.gitkeep.
