Add initial prototype #32

Basic prototype showing the idea. Uses the Google Maps Javascript API. Randomises flight patterns very stupidly. Color of dots should represent velocity, but doesn’t yet.

Clean demo. A reminder: toggle the generation of new data points with any key press.
