Fixes 02 #622

Two fixes: a) Prefs/Pointer was not longer saving selected pointer (after recent compatibility changes to muimaster.library) b) URL for acpica has changed

merged though im not sure why you felt the need to change the function name (which was consistent with other prefs apps, and the reverse function)

I didn't rename the existing function, though I added a third function.
