Sorry for the delayed reply.

Even though I strongly agree with the idea that many users of this repository would want to exclude such sites from Google search results, I am running this project with a policy of not including anything other than translated-SO in the scope of this project.

I apologize for not making it clear why I am adopting this policy. I am working on publishing CONTRIBUTING.md in the coming days.
