user_agent not giving OS and device info #99

We have our livestream apps for iOS and user_agent passed from different devices are as follows -

Livestream/3.8.6/Nemiroff (iPad; iOS 8.1.2; Scale/2.00) Livestream/3.8.6/Nemiroff (iPhone; iOS 7.1.2; Scale/2.00)

ua_detector lib (ver 2014.10) gives following info in above two cases -

  1. OS = iOS, device=UNKNOWN
  2. OS = UNKNOWN, device=UNKNOWS

Can you please tell me what should I do or provide you to get proper information from above mentioned user_agents ?
