Support for terminfo(5) database files #12

New command, rootfs_terminfo(...) that lists glob patterns of terminal information file names.

The files are exported as any other rootfs fragment, and installed as part of the file system buildup. Then, it integrates into binary deliveries as always.

Future versions might support termcap(5) and not just the modern terminfo(5) but we're not eager to do that. As long as things like dialog, libncurses, minicom and twin work, we're already quite happy.
