Fixup scripts: Use a slash #19

Instead of search locally and in the projects fixup/ directory, choose a notation to distinguish it, namely a starting slash which is an alias for the fixup/ directory. Multiple levels are permitted but not currently used.

no, leave it. being able to override locally is helpful.
