Run travis based on LTS node version. #16

What does this PR do?

This PR runs Travis on all LTS node versions. (maintenance/active): https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/

Background

Open to ideas on this part? Thinking this can make sure we run on all of the maintained node release(even) versions and not unmaintained.
