Add data for a course recommender! #1

So I am building a course recommender for people who don't have a clue from where to start 😄 please read the README.md for contribution details. also, this won't be a single pull request so as many of you can create pull request you can. Just please follow the format of the file! Looking forward to your submissions. Thanks!
