Thanks! This is just perfect, coming from i3 I also really missed scratchpads and this could not have worked more perfectly :-) The code is really readable too

As a note for anyone else doing this, I wanted my scratchpad to be Emacs. Using homebrew's Emacs-plus didn't work but it's a known issue that normal emacs doesn't play nicely with Macos GUI system, so emacs-mac works great
