Remove the invalid declaration of `is_a` object property #14

Hi!

This PR removes the invalid declaration of is_a as an object property: this is probably coming from a wrong export of the Relationship Ontology (RO), because contrary to the other relationships is_a is directly translated into an OWL SubClassOf axiom and shouldn't be declared as an object property.

By the way, have you been editing the OWL files manually instead of editing the aro-edit.owl file? I was wondering how to do an update of the imported RO object properties, which would probably be feasible with a rebuild with the latest RO release, but then I figured the edit version was not in sync with the actual files.
