ValueError: "*" value in mate pair linkage of allele-level mapping (RGI bwt) #190

What does "*" value in mate pair linkage in allele-level mapping mean? The corresponding gene-level mapping results showed blank.

These are versions of RGI and databases I used:

RGI v5.1.1. bwt (KMA aligner)
CARD reference data v3.1.1.
prevalence, genomes & variant(wildCARD) data v3.0.8
