the test script is failing #221

Describe the bug the test script is failing

Input `./test.sh

Error log please see the attached log below test.log

RGI version 6.0.2

Expected behavior tests should complete without errors

Additional context i am attempting to build and package rgi for BioArchlinux project. i have all the suggested dependencies installed. however, while attemting to run ./test.sh script as suggested in issue #25

following are dependencies installed

  1. diamond 2.1.4
  2. blast+ 2.13.0
  3. prodigal 2.6.3
  4. python 3.10
  5. python-biopython 1.80
  6. KMA 1.4.11
