Exposes the start and end location of contig mapping in the output tsvs
Calculated the positions using the sbjct_start and sbjct_end fields
Named these outputs "Hit Start" and "Hit End" but could change to more descriptive names

@rzlim08 Thank you for this addition! Is it ok to switch the columns to the end of the tsv to ensure other tools don't break? Cheers.

Thanks @raphenya, I think I've added the columns to the end here. Let me know if I need to change anything else.
