What is "ORF predicted nucleotide sequence"? #223

Hi, Is it included in the genomes provided by users? Or a reference provided by RGI? I extract the genes according to the "Sart" and "Stop", it is not the same as "ORF predicted nucleotide sequence". So I guess should be the latter?

And is the "Start" starting from 1? Not 0, right?
