Describe the bug

wants to add- pixel effect

It is html canvas based Awesome pixel rain effect, It adds awesome transition on base64 images, It will look like particle of image is falling continuously, It is really cool frontend vanilla javaScript page which uses alots of math and physics from scattering particle of a image to creating an illusion of falling.

Possible solution

-please allow me contribute this project to your repo under gssoc 22
