Improved Website - Patch for Broken Images and Fix

Describe the bug

A lot of projects uploaded by contributors have a pre-defined image header for their projects.
Possible that user gave a wrong/invalid/non-existent image URL
This may result in a False error icon displayed on the Main website that may give a bad impression
Also possible, that at present the image link is working but later after some time (3-4 months), the links expires. At that time, handling consequences would be much difficult

Possible solution

Refactoring all the image fetching mechanism / process
Improvements to the existing UI
