Doc fix: make 32bit #551

FAQ states you need to have libc6-dev-i386 installed to build the 32 bit binary 
on a 64 bit arch. You also need to have gcc-multilib which isn't included in 
build-essentials on Debian/Ubuntu. I'm not sure if that section in the FAQ is 
the right place to mention this but there is an unanswered (now too old to 
reply to) post on the Google group asking about this.

Can you tell on which version this started to be an issue? I only remember 
installing build-essential on my Ubuntu 10.04 VM and can build a 32-bit binary 
without problems.
