Get FLOP counting working for NEMO #15

This issue (and branch) will address any issues found in getting habakkuk working for the (pre-processed) NEMO code base.

Code now processes the whole of the NEMO code base for the ORCA2-LIM configuration. This includes pruning of duplicate computation from each graph. (The dot file produced for one of the ice routines is 470MB!).
