Our team is trying to write code to parse through the bedtools documentation, and there are some bug/inconsistencies in the documentation that I think might need fixing. In "bedtools sample" help menu there are two header options with two different definitions. Also, in the "bedtools spacing" help menu I believe that the options are under the "Examples" instead of having a separate header for "Options". I provided a powerpoint to show pictures of what I am talking about.
