It might be helpful to setup an instance that has GEMINI pre-installed.

Aaron and Paul; Gemini is included in CloudBioLinux and the latest test AMI for Ubuntu 13.04 has an update to date version:

ami-72eb961b

I'd love any testing to be sure it works as expected before we roll out a new CloudBioLinux AMI.
