gemini browser - Error: 500 Internal Server Error - Template 'index.j2' not found.

I forgot to add /query to the base url http://localhost:8088/ and got a 500 error.

Also, playing around with browser and the /query UI, I came up with some more related issues and possible enhancements:

• add header and make rows into IGV links check boxes don't seem to be working
• I get a "connect_to_db method doesn't exist" error here and here
• I get a "GeminiInheritanceModelFactory is not defined" error here
• could host value be changed from 'localhost' to '0.0.0.0' like in python -m SimpleHTTPServer? 'localhost' doesn't work on some the linux servers here.
• it would be great if there was a command line option to change the port.

Continuing to learn about gemini, I would like to better understand how inheritance models are implemented, so can try to put together a pull request. Would you guys be open to a PR for some or all of the above issues? (and if yes, do you have any tips on implementation?)
