Hi ..
I ran the recent version of Gemini 0.20.1 on a single 10X WGS phased vcf.
I was succesfully able to create the gemini .db using the load command (I did not have a ped file) and then I wanted to identify comp_hets or de_novo
/zfs/aksggc/rpauly/gemini-master/exes/bin/gemini comp_hets sample13.vcf.db >results_sample13
gives no error, but no results, so I guess there are no comp_hets in the sample.
/zfs/aksggc/rpauly/gemini-master/exes/bin/gemini comp_hets sample13.vcf.db >results_sample13
WARNING: no affecteds in family 0
Any help?
~Thanks,
Rini
