Handling multisample in Lumpy (traditional use) #291

Hi Ryan.

I tried some of my bam samples through lumpyexpress, and i think the threshold is kinda high, so the parameter i'm looking for won't come out as i expected. So i'm trying to handle it with lumpy by its traditional use, and i'm afraid my bam samples have different readgroups for each sample. Is there any way to handle it at one shot or do i have to extract all the readgroups seperately?
