display 0.3.0 version #303

Dear Ryan,

The latest version of lumpy seems to display version 0.2.13 in its help text.

./lumpy -h

Program: ********** (v 0.2.13)
Author:  Ryan Layer (rl6sf@virginia.edu)

A minor thing, but it might lead to some confusion on the user side. What I did to get there:

wget https://github.com/arq5x/lumpy-sv/releases/download/0.3.0/lumpy-sv.tar.gz
tar xf lumpy-sv.tar.gz
cd lumpy-sv
make
cd bin
