hi , when i use the soft ，i have some problem ,can you help me ?

lumpyexpress: line 15: -n: command not found The index file is older than the data file: ZTB.rmdup.bam.bai lumpyexpress: line 16: [: ==: unary operator expected

This is typically either a python issue or that your system does not have hexdump.

I would recommend using the latest lumpy wrapper, smoove.
