Interpretation of AS and AP #342

Hi,

I am just a little confused with regards to the difference between PE vs AP and SR vs AS.

This is an example for one sample in my data: GT:SU:PE:SR:GQ:SQ:GL:DP:RO:AO:QR:QA:RS:AS:ASC:RP:AP:AB 0/1:7:4:3:200:368.52:-41,-4,-32:70:49:20:48:19:26:7:4:22:8:0.28

Clearly PE != AP and SR !=AS, so how are they counted differently? Thank you!
