Which Version of lumpy-Sv Should I Use? #344

Hi,

I have more than 100 of CRAM files of WGS. Have to do SV calling for these cram files in the local Centos7 machine. could you please suggest which is the efficient and stable version of LUMPY that can be used for calling a large number of SVs from cram files in the Centos7 machine? And could you point out the deatailed version of steps performed for a complete SV calling for a sample?
