Can we get lumpy-sv.tar.gz like for all previous releases?

image I think the question is about absent file..

Yes, @serge2016 is correct. Thanks for details. Lumpy have htslib and bamkit dependencies which are missing in gitlab releases.

@ryanlayer Hello, can you add full source archive to latest lumpy release? It is unusable due to archive missing.
