Hello, I ran into a segment fault on my samples, two of them did not pass chrX. I have checked the memory usage, with a peak of 8 Gb usage by lumpy, disk space should be enough with serveral Tb free. I do not know why the segment fault happens, could you please help me to resolve it? Thanks in advance. Dengfeng.
