Meaning of SU #377

Dear Authors, thank you for developing lumpy. It has been very useful for our research. In the paper, you mention a matrics called SU = PE + SR. Meaning for PE (paired end) and SR (split read) are clear to me. However, what does SU stand for? Thanks

It is short for support.
