[E::idx_find_and_load] Could not retrieve index file for '-' #386

hello, I had a problem when i ran lumpyexpress: [E::idx_find_and_load] Could not retrieve index file for '-'. I got this exception, but it generated the vcf file. How should I deal with this problem? Can you give me some advice? Thank you very much!
