I am leaving my home and drive to my workplace.. so for every network cell on this way (next xy minutes) => wifi off
I am at a new location (workplace) where wifi should be enabled.. so for every network cell for the next xy minutes => wifi on
it would be nice to have some "for all cells in the next [XY] minutes wifi should be turned [ON|OFF]"
