Glacier restore support #6

Any plans on updating this tool to be able to handle the backups made to Glacier with Arq 3?

Is restore from glacier working yet? I tried and get lots of "blob not found" errors...

I'm the "ghost" who originally opened this issue (with a now-deleted account). Still interested in seeing this happen.

With the imminent release of Arq 4, this issue's title probably needs to be about support for "S3 Glacier Class" restores.
