If Arquillian used Tomcat, and we were selling/distributing the Arquillian
- Tomcat widget product, we could only use the 'powered by tomcat' style logo. The regular Tomcat logo can only be used with permission from Apache. However, these are use cases that I don't think an Arquillian presentation falls into - if we were selling Arquillian disks in Best Buy and put the logos on the box - than we'd be in violation. In presentations, logo use - in the case of representing different containers - is fair use/for education. We're not trying to say that Tomcat endorses Arquillian. However, if you really wanted to dot your i's and cross your t's you could put a small line on the bottom of the slide saying that Apache Tomcat is a registered Trademark of the The Apache Software Foundation yada yada....

Glassfish:
I couldn't find a clear statement regarding the Glassfish logo. But I'll assume it is also trademarked, but our use in presentations would still fall under fair use.

That said, I'm not a legal guru, and these licences are a bitch to read. So, if we really wanted to know when, where, if, and how we can use the logos of these other projects we should probably ask Red Hat legal. As of now, I'm comfortable using the logos in presentations (but not in any way to imply that these other companies/projects endorse Arquillian) but I wouldn't use the logos on a webpage saying 'we connect to Tomcat containers!!!' without getting permission or clarification from Red Hat on how to present/cite the logo.
