Spike feasibility of using Diffy with Istio

• [x] Create Docker image for Diffy project that can run in Openshift https://github.com/lordofthejars/docker-diffy

• [ ] Spike mirroring with Diffy on Istio
• [ ] Expose failures reported by Diffy in an automatic fashion (get in touch with SD team about that)
• [ ] PoC for one of the services from https://github.com/fabric8-services/
