Change videos page to presentations page and add latest content #170

Change the videos page to presentations so that we have a place to catalog all videos, slides, audio and other resources. We can play around with some layouts that section the page into these sub-categories. The key focus is to reduce clicks and make it easier to find presentation stuff.

We currently have videos coming in via Vimeo, and that's a good way to handle those. We also want:

This may just boil down Vimeo + Speakerdeck as a backend catalog. If it's that simple, then great. We don't to over think this, but we do want it to be useful.

Should we host HTML5 based presentations as HTML5 to get the full effect, or convert to pdf ?

Ah, good thinking. We could consider putting presentations in a separate github pages-activated repository and then serve them from arquillian.github.com/decks and then embed those. That just keeps the website a bit more lean and allows them to be viewed separately as well (perhaps even present from there).
