Fix inconsistency with cyme xy coordinate autotest #139

Replaced the os.system implementation for the mdb2csv function within the mdb2glm cyme converter with a subprocess.run implementation with better error handling.

All autotests regarding the mdb2glm converter have passed 3 times but other tests within markets have failed for all except for the last build where everything passed with no changes.
