Mysql module not built correctly #23

Problem description

The comment gridlabd -L mysql reports the following:

ERROR    [INIT] : mysql module was built on a system without mysql libraries
Module name....... mysql
Major version..... 4
Minor version..... 3
Classes........... 
Implementations... check 
Globals...........

This is caused by missing libraries during the build process.
