An assay node must be described by a 'sequencing' protocol

According to MAGE-TAB 1.1 spec we will use assay node for both sequencing and microarray submissions. Thus an assay node may not be described by a sequencing protocol if it is a microarray submission. I think the check should be changed so that if an assay has an associated technology type that equals 'sequencing assay' then it should be described by a sequencing protocol.
