SDRF check AD04: a typo in title #18

It should be: "There must not be any array design attributes in HTS experiment" or "HTS experiment must not contain any Array Design attributes" or "Array Design attributes are not allowed in HTS experiments" or "Array Design attributes are not to be found in HTS experiments"

Done. Now the title is "There must not be any array design attributes in HTS experiment".
